Return and Refund Policy

Any Goods returned to FLYONIT for warranty replacement or credit must be labeled and consigned according to FLYONIT's return procedures, which may be updated from time to time. Current procedures include:

  • Claims for shortages, loss, or damage must be made by the Customer within two (2) days of receipt of the Goods.

  • Express approval for the return of the Goods, through a Return Authorisation number, must be obtained from a duly authorized officer of FLYONIT.

  • Returned Goods must include all relevant accessories, be in their original packaging, software unopened, and in an undamaged and saleable condition.

  • To approve a credit claim, FLYONIT requires a claim form from the Customer that includes:

    • The purchase invoice number and date;
    • The reason for the return;
    • The name of the FLYONIT officer who approved the return and the details of such approval.

  • Goods returned later than 14 days after the date of the invoice may be credited at the current price less a 15% restocking fee.

  • Costs incurred in returning the Goods to FLYONIT are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized officer of FLYONIT.
