Placing Your Order
Orders placed on weekdays (Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM) typically ship within 1-2 business days.
Visit "My Account" and fill out the registration form.
How do I change my shipping address?
Go to "My Account" and then "My Address Book". You can add a new address or update an existing one.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your account and click on "Order History". There, you can see your order status, track your package, and more.
Will you store my credit card information?
No, we do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Do you ship to my country?
We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen method and destination.
Will my items arrive in one package?
Combining items from multiple orders won't change the total shipping cost. You'll be charged separately for each order. However, you won't be charged more than the total amount quoted at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of purchase.
How do I return an item?
Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", click "Return" next to the item, fill out the details, and submit your request. You'll receive confirmation by email and SMS.
What happens after I submit a return request?
Your request may be automatically approved, or we may contact you for more information. If approved, the item will be picked up for a replacement or refund. You can track the status of your return request in "My Orders".
I received the wrong item.
If you received the wrong item, select "Wrong item sent" as the reason when submitting a return request through the Online Returns Center.
My order arrived damaged.
Contact FLYONIT immediately if your order arrived damaged. We'll advise you on how to proceed.
How can I ensure a fast return process?
Keep the original packaging, including the FLYONIT box, accurately describe the damage or fault, and attach clear photos of the damage.

What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Unfortunately, you cannot change the address once your order has shipped. We recommend checking with the courier company or if someone at your address received the package.
Can I cancel an order after I submit it?
You can cancel items online by clicking on your order number and selecting the items you want to cancel. However, this is only possible if the order hasn't already been processed for shipping.
Can I pre-order a sold-out item?
No, pre-orders are not available for sold-out items. Orders are based on product availability.
